Is Chess A Luck Game?
Garry Kasparov, once said-"In chess there is no luck and no excuses: everything is in your hands.”
Chess board game is regarded as the most strategic game among other abstract board games. The tactics and strategies involved in the game often makes it the favorite game among intellectuals. Every element of the chess game is well-defined, which makes it theoretically possible to fully grasp it through logic and mathematics. Chess board games and mathematics are closely connected.
Luck is not a significant factor in chess. Chess is a game about skill, strategy, and calculation, where accurate outcomes are determined by players' decisions and abilities, it is not random chance. However, there are some circumstance which make players think in rare cases, luck may play a minor role if a player blunders or overlooks an opponent's move, but overall, it's a game of skill and knowledge.
Chess transitions from a realm of intuition, creativity, and passion in the middlegame to a realm of logic and calculation as players approach the endgame.
